As of 3/1/06 resolution 113-2006 takes effect which applies to residential construction. This resolution does not apply to the City of Town & Country.
As of 9/20/04, all permits must be applied for electronically.
Appling for building permits are done online at www.wescofire.org and click on “Apply for Permits Online”. If you don’t have access to the web, you can use the workstation in our lobby at 223 Henry.
To complete the submission of your application, print 2 copies of your completed online application. One copy is for your records and the other must be SIGNED and accompany the plans you are submitting. The application and plans are delivered to the administration office at:

Manchester, MO 63011.
